SHARE BUYBACK

Terra Catalyst Fund ("the Company") announces that on 2 August 2011 it bought back 1,563,328 of the Company's ordinary shares in issue at 74.75 pence per share, all of which will be cancelled.
Following Cancellation, the Company will have 95,857,542 ordinary shares in issue.
