SHARE BUYBACK

Terra Catalyst Fund ("the Company") today announces that on Tuesday 25 January 2011 it bought back 500,000 of the Company's ordinary shares in issue at 70 pence per share, all of which will be cancelled.
Following Cancellation, the Company will have 99,970,870 ordinary shares in issue.
