SHARE BUYBACK

Terra Catalyst Fund ("the Company") today announces that it has bought back 500,000 of the Company's ordinary shares in issue at 70 pence per share, all of which will be cancelled.
Following Cancellation, the Company will have 100,470,870 ordinary shares in issue.
