Capital Distribution
The Directors of Terra Catalyst Fund ("the Company") wish to announce a further capital repayment of £0.02 per ordinary share. The distribution will be paid in cash to the shareholders of record at 5pm on 15 June 2012. The ex-date for the capital distribution is 13 June 2012 and payment date is week beginning 18 June 2012.
