Director Shareholding
The Company was notified today that on 5 January 2012, Martin Adams, a non-executive Director, reinvested his portion of the capital distribution made to shareholders in December 2011 and purchased 1,038 Ordinary Shares in the Company at 54.6250 pence per share.
Following the above transaction, Martin Adams now holds 31,038 Ordinary Shares representing 0.032% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
